The Ardmore system allows customer and vendor personnel to access the route guide online. In most cases parcel and motor freight shipments can be tendered directly to the carrier via the route guide without the need to make a single phone call or even leave the Web site. Because the route guide is published online, customer requirements can be communicated and updated at minimal administrative cost. A further advantage of our online interface over a hard copy document is the ease and economy of changes in carrier selection.
